As a athlete, motivator, coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor and team player, Fran uses her 25 years experience in various modalities of fitness and movement to make a permanent change in people's life style.

Integrating a multitude of disciplines and techniques in movement and fitness, with a focus on proper form and function, Fran hones her way into helping you become more "concious" or body-aware of postural changes and muscular imbalances, improving core usage, flexibility, balance, valuing rest, and healthier eating habits.

When I started with working regularly with Fran- my body and my life changed dramatically. Lke most women, I struggled with body image, diet, and was constantly beset by the troublesome last 10 pounds. Though I was a fairly confident person, I struggled with posture and tended to slouch a fair amount. My mother nagged me constantly to stand up straight. For years I tried mightily to do a pull up, but was barely able to eke out one.
Fran is an amazing trainer, and over several weeks of ballet, yoga, boxing, chin-ups, lunges, and various other exercises, my body kept getting stronger and stronger. I never dreaded a workout with her. I didn't watch the clock, even if it was 5:30 am and I had slept only a few hours. I love working out with her as she makes me feel better about life and better about my body.
At age 34, I am doing hand stands, multiple chin-ups and push-ups. People noticed that my body was transformed. Shopping became a pleasure . My weight dropped down. Like all women, I care about my looks and weight, but working out with Fran has taken away the worry that often plagues a woman's psyche. Even Fran's body, in looks and capabilities, shames a fit 25-year-old!!!
She has taught me that you can get BETTER with age and time and that anything that defeats fear is worth doing. Meeting, and working with Fran Sperling, has been life-changing!
